Tratok respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone, profile photo, and bio.
- Booking data: travel dates, destinations, and preferences you submit.
- Wallet data: TRAT wallet address and on-chain transactions you authorise through Tratok.
- Device data: device type, browser, IP, performance and security logs.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the Service: process bookings, reward TRAT, suggest trips, prevent fraud.
- To improve product: understand which features people use and where they get stuck.
- To communicate: confirmations, security alerts, support replies, and (only if you opt in) marketing.
3. Sharing
We share booking data with service providers as required to fulfil your trip. We use processors like email and payment infrastructure under written agreements. We never sell your data.
4. Your choices
- Access, edit or export your data from Account → Settings.
- Opt out of optional analytics and marketing under Privacy & Notifications.
- Delete your account at any time. Booking and tax records are retained as legally required.
5. Security
We employ industry-standard encryption, hashed credentials, rate-limited authentication, and regular security review. Report concerns to security@tratok.net.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
7. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.
