Welcome to Tratok. These Terms govern your use of the Tratok Hospitality Ecosystem, including our website, mobile app, and any related services. By using our Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
3. User Accounts
- Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account by providing your name, email, and other required information.
- Security: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@tratok.com immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Booking & Reservations
- When you book through Tratok, you enter a direct contract with the service provider (hotel, airline, etc.). Tratok acts as an intermediary.
- You are responsible for ensuring information provided is accurate.
- Confirmation emails contain final booking details — review for accuracy.
5. Payment Terms
- We accept payment via Tratok (TRAT) utility tokens — contract address:
0x35bC519E9fe5F04053079e8a0BF2a876D95D2B33. Payments process securely through trusted partners on-chain. - All prices are listed in TRAT and include applicable taxes/fees unless stated.
- By providing payment information, you authorise Tratok and processors to charge for the total amount.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by service provider; refer to your booking confirmation.
- If a provider cancels, Tratok will notify you and offer rebooking or a full refund.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days to settle.
7. User Responsibilities
- Comply with applicable laws.
- Respect other users, providers, and third parties.
- Use the Services lawfully and provide truthful information at all times.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
- Tratok shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability — maintenance windows are normal.
- Tratok is not responsible for the actions of third-party providers; disputes must be resolved directly.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed are property of Tratok or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute without prior written consent.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved informally via support@tratok.com. Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the laws of the British Virgin Islands.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be reflected here with a new "Last Updated" date.
